TITLE:
Throughout 2025, all company employees participated in training dedicated to UNI/PdR 125:2022, the standard that guides organizations in implementing policies and practices that promote gender equality. It was a moment of reflection and growth that allowed for a deeper understanding of key topics such as bias and stereotypes, along with significant data including the Gender Equality Index and the 2024 INPS Report. The goal was to provide practical tools to recognize and overcome cultural barriers that still exist in the workplace.
Training is one of the pillars of the journey our company has been pursuing for over three years, aimed at fostering an inclusive, fair culture that values diversity. This journey is complemented by the ongoing work of the Steering Committee, which also met this year to monitor company policies and procedures, assess progress made, and define new actions to be taken.
Through both training and the Committee’s activities, the company renews its daily commitment to gender equality—a journey that goes beyond certifications and is strengthened through consistency, responsibility, and awareness of the value that inclusion brings to sustainable and shared growth.
